Ulysses Caragayan is a Filipino fashion designer known for modernizing classic silhouettes with a romantic, dreamy sensibility. He has dressed notable personalities such as Heart Evangelista, Pia Wurtzbach, and Catriona Gray, and has created couture-inspired pieces featured in publications like MEGA.
