Tq was once a book learner. As an academic focusing of Development Communication, he immersed himself in scholarly work: reading everything he can get his hands on. Later on, he learned Design Thinking which helped add depth to his DevCom work. He realized that academic and practical work should strike a balance to make both fields impactful.
Since then he has been “doing” work that helped push the “just and humane” agenda as the Human-Centered Design Driver of The Just League, a group of industry professionals who help social enterprises.
Tq is the co-founder of Fabula Populi, a Transmedia Storytelling Consultancy Company, which aims to help construct narratives that drive social good. He is Creative Director of PinoyFitness, which aims to make health and fitness a common FIlipino lifestyle, as well as Co-Founder and in-charge of Community Development for The Wild Range, a food enterprise that aims to champion Mindoreño flavors and talents.
