The module trains the participants in developing their skills in crafting stories suited for the screen. The workshop is focused on making sure the concepts of the participants are fit for film production before proceeding to writing their screenplays. It introduces the participants to the fundamentals of story research, character development, and story plotting. All of these components are in preparation to write an original storyline that is ready to be written as a screenplay and is suitable for film production – all of which are key competencies to become a concept or story developer, story researcher, or brainstormer in media companies in the country.
