Mr. Merioles graduated a consistent scholar from the Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT) in Intramuros, Manila with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Batch 1991. He passed his licensure exam the same year.
His professional career spans about three (3) decades of solid experience in Information Technology with some of the leading corporations in the United States of America, Canada, United Arab Emirates, and the Asia-Pacific regions, including China, Australia and New Zealand.
He specializes on e-Commerce, Enterprise Software Architecture, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Management, Digital Forensics, Data Privacy & Protection, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics & Visualization, and Customer Experience Management. He is a passionate evangelist of the leading management tools and methodologies, such as: Balanced Scorecard, Agile, Scrum and other Best Practices and Patterns in the industry.
In 2017, Mr. Merioles successfully completed his Career Executive Service Eligibility as granted by the Career Executive Service Board (CESB) and is currently pursuing a CESO rank. His latest government stint is as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Duty Free Philippines Corporation.
