This module covers the knowledge and skills required to establish an agile organization running agile projects. It discusses the differences of traditional project life cycles with that of agile project life cycles and the strengths of each life cycle. This module also covers the common agile techniques used in most agile approaches as well as how the role of the project manager changes when running agile based projects. By completing this module, participants will have the skills necessary to run projects that are considered agile.


This module is a combination of asynchronous learning activities (pre-recorded sessions, research, and online quizzes) and synchronous learning (case discussions and presentations) to enable optimal student learning and engagement.
