This module will enable participants to learn how to create an experience for the “always-connected”customer whose journey traverses many touch points. Knowing a customer’s intent is far more powerful than their demographics. It will cover the concept of UI and UX principles, trends and practice, customer insight to apply in the design of campaign in either User Experience or Digital Experiences by exploring technologies that can customize content.

At the end of the course, students are expected to create a digital transformation plan that incorporates the UI/UX concepts and customer journey mapping.
