This module aims to introduce participants to balance the negative impact of Labor Relations with employee engagement initiatives and employee relations activities. Through this module, employee relations deals with making employees continuously engage in their work in an environment conducive to work excellence, in place of them resorting to legalese ways of resolving conflict in the workplace.
