This module provides participants with an understanding of financial information, reports, accounting procedure tailored for building and property management. It covers finance related functions: planning, organizing and controlling of the annual budget, billings and collections, financial reports that are needed by the Developer. This course is geared towards identifying and analyzing overall financial needs of the property manager and managing financial resources.
