This module makes participants prepared to conduct a negotiation in a professional way, substantially increasing the chances of success. Through this module, participants will be shown how to set realistic and achievable negotiation objectives and targets, and to incorporate them into the development of negotiation strategies. Questioning and active listening, and the use of tactics and different persuasion techniques are also discussed and presented.
