This course on Strategic Training Management examines the critical components necessary to ensure that training initiatives in organizations are linked to business needs and corporate objectives, and more importantly, can provide significant measurable results. It provides participants the unique perspective of a training and development manager and covers a whole array of topics related to the effective management of the L&D function. It also covers the development of learning strategies that will encourage the creation of learning and development systems, as well as L&D programs that will create and sustain critical impact for the organization.
