Benilde Deaf School only accepts incoming Grade 7 and 8 students.

Step 1:

Prepare digital copies of the following documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate 
• Copy of report cards:
  • Grade 7 Applicants: Grade 5 to current Grade 6 report cards
  • Grade 8 Applicants: Grade 5 to current Grade 7 report cards
• Latest audiogram result taken within the last year
• ​Applicant Health, Well-Being, & Learning Disclosure (AHWLD) Form
• Recent 2×2 colored photo in JPEG or PNG format  (taken within the last 6 months)

   

Additional requirements may be required upon evaluation.

Step 2:

Create an account in the ​Benilde Application Portal. You can view the complete guide on using the portal through this link. Upload the required documents and pay the non-refundable application fee of Php 200.00.

Step 3:

Take the BEE on your scheduled test date. 

Step 4:

Wait for your application results. Results will be released to applicants who have completed their BEE and submitted all required documents.
