Application Requirements and Procedures

Step 1

Email your updated Curriculum Vitae and Letter of Intent to Benilde ETEEAP at  eteeap@benilde.edu.ph. Indicate the program you are applying for. Benilde ETEEAP will review your submission and respond within 1 to 2 weeks.

Step 2

If you pass the initial screening, the ETEEAP Unit will schedule an interview with you and provide the list of program and admission requirements you need to submit.

Step 3

Prepare and accomplish the following admission requirements: 

  • PSA Birth Certificate 
  • High School Transcript of Records (TOR) duly certified by the school registrar (for high school graduates) or Certified Unofficial Transcript of Records (for those who have previously enrolled and studied at tertiary level in a College or University after high school)
  • ​Applicant Health, Well-Being, & Learning Disclosure (AHWLD) Form
  • Recent 2×2 colored photo in JPEG or PNG format  (taken within the last 6 months)
  • Notarized Certificate of Employment
  • Valid NBI and passport

 

First-year (finished high school but never enrolled and studied at tertiary level in a College or University):

  • High school report card with remarks that you are eligible for college admission.
  • Certification with the school seal from the registrar stating that the F-137 was not forwarded to any school here or abroad.
  • Written statement of what you did after graduation up to the present, duly signed by the applicant and parent.

 

Transferee (enrolled and studied at tertiary level in a College or University after high school):

  • Transferee Pre-Application Questionnaire.
  • Unofficial Transcript of Records with final/computed GWA/GPA (if the GWA/GPA is not reflected in the TOR, secure a certification with the GWA/GPA from your Registrar), remarks for evaluation purposes, and grading system.


NOTE: Accepted applicants will be required to submit a Transfer Credential or Honorable Dismissal upon confirmation as part of the enrollment requirements.

Step 4:

Create an account in the Benilde Application Portal. Upload the required documents and pay the non-refundable application fee of Php 800.00. 

Step 5:

Wait for your application results. Once accepted, confirm by paying the reservation fee. This will be deducted from the total tuition and fees upon enrollment. You will receive separate guidelines for confirmation and enrollment.
