FOUNDATIONS IN ARCHITECTURAL THINKING

The Science and Technology Cluster offers the Foundations in Architectural Thinking pathway, which helps students develop creativity, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving skills through the lens of architecture. Deeply grounded in Benildean values of creative adaptability, compassionate service, and transformative learning, this pathway suits those who plan to pursue further studies or careers in architecture, engineering, or related fields under the School of Environment and Design.

Students take free electives that build essential skills in visual communication and observation—fundamental to effective architectural design. Through hands-on learning experiences, they enhance their ability to express ideas visually and apply core principles of the design-thinking process.

The pathway prepares graduates to enter careers in architecture, civil and structural engineering, urban planning, and environmental design, or to pursue advanced studies in these and related disciplines.

The Science and Technology Cluster leads the Advanced General Science pathway, providing students with a strong foundation in the sciences. By integrating core disciplines—Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Earth and Space Science—the program equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to address real-world challenges in both Philippine and global contexts.

This pathway suits students who are curious about the natural world and passionate about innovation, sustainability, and community impact. It fosters the Lasallian principle of doing ordinary things extraordinarily well—instilling discipline, purpose, and a strong sense of social responsibility in students’ academic and personal growth.

Students engage in investigations, collaborative projects, and research-based learning, where they sharpen critical thinking, data analysis, and evidence-based problem-solving skills. CREATIVE MEDIA PRODUCTION

The Creative Media Production pathway under the Design and Arts Cluster equips students with industry-relevant skills in animation, film, photography, and digital arts through a blend of hands-on training and strong theoretical foundations.

Ideal for aspiring artists, storytellers, and media professionals, this program prepares students for careers in animation, video production, digital illustration, and commercial photography, while also opening doors to game design, advertising, and creative entrepreneurship.

Rooted in Lasallian values, the program features a future-focused curriculum and real-world learning experiences that foster innovation, ethical leadership, global competencies, and lifelong learning—equipping students with the technical and critical skills to thrive and make a meaningful impact in the evolving creative industry.

The Technical Theater and Performance Arts pathway under the Design and Arts Cluster, through introduces students to the creative and technical foundations of theater, music, and dance—preparing them for dynamic careers in both performance and production.

Designed for aspiring performers, stage technicians, and production artists, this program provideshands-on training in acting, stagecraft, lighting, sound, and design, leading to key roles such as performers, theater technicians, and production managers.

With a well-rounded curriculum that bridges creativity and technical mastery, students are also equipped to explore careers in arts education, event production, film and television, and creative direction.

The Diplomacy and Governance pathway under the Philosophy and Humanities Cluster empowers future Benildean-Lasallian leaders to engage the public sector and address today’s social challenges. Rooted in the humanities and social sciences, it focuses on diplomacy, governance, and ethical leadership.

Designed for socially aware and service-driven students, this pathway cultivates critical thinkers who lead with compassion and civic responsibility. Through real-world learning—Model United Nations, embassy visits, institutional tours, and community immersions— students gain hands-on insight into policymaking and international relations, guided by the Sustainable Development Goals.

Business and entrepreneurship

MANAGEMENT AND ENTERPRISE

The Management and Enterprise pathway under the Business and Entrepreneurship Cluster prepares business-minded students to become innovative leaders capable of driving enterprise development and contributing to sustainable economic growth.

With a curriculum that includes key subjects such as Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Organization and Management, Finance and Taxation, Marketing, and Business Economics, students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience through off-campus field exposure. Graduates are well-positioned to pursue degrees in Business Management, Export and Global Business, Marketing, HR, Real Estate, or Social Innovation, and may pursue careers in entrepreneurship, project management, operations, marketing strategy, and business development—across corporate, startup, and social enterprise sectors both locally and internationally.

The Culinary Entrepreneurship pathway under the Business and Entrepreneurship Cluster is designed for students passionate about the culinary arts and eager to connect their creativity with business and innovation. This pathway equips learners with essential skills to thrive in the dynamic food and beverage industry by combining hands-on culinary training with core business principles.

Ideal for aspiring chefs and food entrepreneurs, students gain practical experience in food safety, basic cookery, kitchen organization, baking and pastry arts, and food and beverage service operations. They also develop entrepreneurial competencies such as kitchen and inventory management, costing and budgeting, menu planning, and food business development.

This multidisciplinary approach nurtures both creativity and strategic thinking—key traits for launching and managing successful culinary ventures.

Graduates are prepared for careers as professional chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, culinary content creators, event and catering organizers, and food business owners, while also building a strong foundation for further studies in hospitality management, culinary arts, entrepreneurship, or business administration.

True to Benilde’s mission to offer innovative and meaningful educational programs, Benilde Senior High School’s tracks are designed to prepare the students in their transition to a college life through apprenticeship.

Mentored by licensed and industry-practicing teachers who are also master’s degree-holders in an industry-grade environment, students will gain a head start in College through the SHS tracks that offer subjects which serve as prelude to their respective chosen degree programs.

In the midst of the global pandemic, the College is prepared to continue its mission through the full online delivery of courses thanks to the services provided by BigSky Benilde, Br. Fidelis Leddy Learning Resource Center (CLR), Center for Inclusive Education (CIE), and Intellectual Property Management Center (IPMC).

BigSky Benilde is the College’s official Integrated Learning Platform. It is a responsive, pedagogically- driven, and future-focused online learning environment that provides limitless possibilities for students and faculty. BigSky makes it possible to emulate online a classroom experience by making services like the virtual classroom, student record, and communications a seamless task.

Br. Fidelis Leddy Learning Resource Center (CLR) is a multimedia library that supports the unique educational philosophy of the College. Its resources vary widely in format from conventional printed materials, such as books and periodicals, to other forms of stored media, like optical discs, and electronic / digital materials and online databases.

The Center for Inclusive Education (CIE) provides academic support and trainings to students with declared specific learnings needs. The center also promotes and advocates for inclusion among the Benildean Community through trainings, workshops and events, and ensures that the knowledge of the center is up to date through research.

The Center for Intellectual property Management (CIPM) is an IPOPHL-accredited Innovation and Technology Support Office (ITSO) that spearheads intellectual property culture in Benilde. CIPM offers level-up seminars and trainings, patent search services with access to Derwent World Patents Index, IP protection support services for the Benildeans, especially the students in ensuring that their works are secure from IP infringement.
