The Bachelor in Holistic Disciplines (B-HOLD) is a hybrid, integrative, relevant and transformative degree program designed for the next generation of learners with diverse passions, interests and learning abilities. It enables holistic growth and cultivates professional competencies in the disciplines of Contemporary Communication, Health and Wellness, Inclusion and Leadership, and Youth Development Studies.

B-HOLD opens doors to doors of opportunities, preparing learners to succeed in the broad field of human services. In this program, you will learn to:

synthesize and connect knowledge between academic disciplines to explore complex, real-world issues independently and in collaboration with others;
integrate and apply theories, methods, and critical perspectives from at least two academic disciplines to effectively formulate solutions for a problem or various issues;
relate and demonstrate inclusive, socially responsible, and ethical behavior to uphold adherence to regulations, professional standards, and industry best practices;
formulate and express thoughts and ideas effectively using oral, written, and non-verbal communication skills in person, in writing, in the digital world, and in other forms to facilitate meaningful exchange;
evaluate and use information and digital tools effectively to learn, create, and share digital resources responsibly and ethically; and
assess and value the importance of wellness to promote personal well-being, community health, and care for the environment.
