The Real Estate Management program involves analysis of economics, finance and other environmental factors that drive property investments and decisions.
The program combines industry relevant laws and principles with concepts of business and management. This enables the students to conduct brokerage practices, property valuation, highest and best use of land analysis, formulation of marketing strategies, and property management to make effective business decisions.

- develop innovative real estate marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and expand market share
- synthesize effective management practices that promote diversity, civic engagement, and lifelong learning, addressing societal needs collaboratively;
- cultivate relationships with stakeholders by applying advanced communication skills and a client-centered approach to foster inclusive engagement; and
- demonstrate independent professional practice characterized by integrity, creativity, and social responsibility in all real estate endeavors.
