De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde successfully completed the 460th ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Programme Assessment held from July 29 to 31, 2025. The review covered the Animation and Business Management programs.

This marks the third time Benilde has participated in the AUN-QA Programme-Level Assessment. The College first joined the regional quality assurance initiative in June 2022, when three programs were assessed and recognized. These were Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management, Computer Applications, and Export Management.

In June 2024, Benilde participated in the 393rd AUN-QA Programme Assessment, which covered four programs: International Hospitality Management, Multimedia Arts, Music Production, and Applied Deaf Studies. AUN-QA assessors commended the BAPDST program for its inclusive approach to Deaf education, highlighting its use of Filipino Sign Language, interpreter support, and accessible teaching practices. The program was recognized as a regional model for inclusive higher education.

The recent assessment builds on Benilde’s ongoing work to strengthen its academic programs and meet international benchmarks. It also shows how the College continues to live out its mission of inclusive and innovative education, not just in principle, but in everyday practice. In his message to the community, Brother Dodo expressed gratitude and pride, saying, “It is deeply affirming to know that our assessors recognized and commended how the College lives out its mission and vision of inclusion—not as a mere ideal, but as a value embedded in the very heart of our academic and institutional culture.”

Benilde now awaits the official results with confidence. The College remains committed to strengthening its academic offerings and expanding its list of AUN-QA assessed programs.
